| For some off reason, probably the discovery of E-Bay, I have come a little obsessed with Dune Buggies and decided I needed one. Lots of interesting prospects over the last several months, and then I stumbled across a Bradley for sale due to some fortunate overlapping search terms. I remembered these cool little kits from when I was much younger and did a little more searching to discover a steady stream of them available on E-bay. So I set up a search and started watching the Bradley’s go by. I got a feel for the price/condition ratio and thought to myself, “self, if a decent one comes buy that is drivable with minimal work, solid engine, nice wheels and close enough to go get….you should consider it.” So a month ago, while sipping on another Long Island Iced Tee, I stumbled across ‘the one’ and with semi-committed strokes of my fingers, made a bid and ended up buying a car. I’m glad this site exists, because I need a lot of help. |
